We are a North Carolina based group of individuals with a passion for education. Most of our team is made up of former teachers who have moved on from the school system throughout the state. Our love for supporting and inspiring others has complemented the insurance space as well.

Tracey Williamson
Tracey is the owner/founder of Brilliance Benefits Group. Having spent 12 years as an elementery school teacher, she realized one day she needed a change.
That passion for education endured, which is something Tracey brings to each dialogue she has with clients to demystify an often confusing industry.
In her free time, Tracey loves being with her family. She has two boys, Jackson and Blake, who are very active in Tae Kwon Do and soccer. If she isn’t at a game or match, she loves gardening, raising chickens, and camping with her boys.
